  • Provide detailed monthly accounting statements
  • Report on and review with owner any necessary capital repairs and improvements
  • Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal laws and ordinances
  • Prepare annual budgets
  • Invoice tenants for their pro rata share of the common area expenses
  • Prepare detailed Lease Abstracts
